About this class
This batch includes Prenatal Yoga and Garbhsanskar in small group batches. Along with asana, pranayama, meditations, we also include various prenatal activities that help you bond with your baby including Art and Color Therapy, Dance Yoga, Couple Yoga, Affirmations and Chants, Vision Boards and lots more! The small group batches allow Akshata to give personal attention to everyone and ensure that each student gets the best experience.
What is Garbhasanskar?
Garbhasanskar is an ancient practice that focuses on nurturing and preparing the mother and baby for a healthy pregnancy. It involves a series of spiritual and physical practices, and lifestyle adjustments that are designed to support the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of both the expectant mother and her unborn child.
What to expect:
- 50–60 minute weekly classes, 4 classes a week (16 classes a month)
- Suitable for all trimesters (12+ weeks)
- Two batch options (EST Morning and PST Morning)
What to bring:
Comfortable, breathable clothing. Water bottle and a pillow recommended.
